Refund policy

At Kikuti Couture, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Should you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from kikuticouture.co.za. For other retailers, please contact them directly.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging, labels and swing tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Please use a courier with tracking — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

The provision of goods is subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will refund you in full within 30 days.

Refunds exclude specials, coupons and discounts. Original and return courier fees are non-refundable. If you qualified for free delivery, the courier fee will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your bank account within 30 days.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale — no refunds. Exchanges for incorrect sizes are allowed subject to stock availability. Discounts apply to selected items only. Stock is limited.

Exchanges

If your item doesn't fit, we'll gladly exchange it for a different size. If unavailable, we'll exchange for a different style of equal value.

Your first exchange is free — we'll cover the courier fee. Fees for further exchanges on the same order will be charged.
