Shipping policy

We want your Kikuti Couture experience to be seamless from purchase to delivery. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy — a reliable door-to-door courier service with full tracking. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We recommend grouping items into a single order where possible, as shipping fees apply per order.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive your tracking number via email once dispatched. Track your parcel at thecourierguy.co.za.
